Restaurant introduction

After eight years of training under the world-famous Chef Narisawa, Chef Keita Kitamura has continued to win one star in Paris, France, for five consecutive years since 2019.
After 15 years of experience in Paris, he made a triumphant return and his challenge to French gastronomy in his new home country earned him one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025.

He travelled all over Japan, learning from producers and carefully selecting ingredients that have been carefully and painstakingly cultivated.
We bring you a culinary experience that will surprise and tickle your curiosity, maximising the natural taste and appeal of the food.

Combining the Japanese climate with refined French techniques, we create new values with an unconventional sensibility.
