We are pleased to announce a three-day collaboration event between "Tonkatsu Narikura" and "Biryani Osawa," both of which compete in "one dish" cuisine.
Narikura's cutlets feature two types of lamb katsu, tenderloin and short loin, as well as mutton katsu, all prepared with Narikura's unique frying method to ensure they are tender and juicy.
Osawa's biryani is made plain to complement the lamb cutlet. Lamb and spices definitely go well together, and we offer three kinds of sauces and sansho oil to match the biryani and katsu.
