We are pleased to announce a two-day collaboration event between "Tonkatsu Narikura" and "Biryani Osawa," both of which compete in "one dish" cuisine.
Narikura's lamb cutlets are tenderloin and eye of short loin, and are fried in Narikura's unique way to make them tender and juicy.
Osawa's biryani is made plain to complement the lamb cutlet. Lamb and spices definitely go well together, and we offer three kinds of sauces and sansho oil to match the biryani and katsu.

1) Narikura's lamb cutlet
Two types of tenderloin and short loin are fried in Narikura's unique way to make them tender and juicy.
2) Osawa's biryani (300g)
A plain yet deep biryani that complements the lamb cutlet with Osawa's unique spices.
Three types of sauces are available. You can also enjoy changing the flavor with our original sansho oil.
3) Mutton soup (miso soup made with mutton and Japanese soup stock)
4) Dessert
The sauce is lavishly flavored with vanilla beans so that you can enjoy the spice flavor to the end.
