hotel koe tokyo" and "Shokudo Todaka" will hold a collaboration event from January 15 (Sat) to 21 (Fri), 2010.
This time, we will be offering the "Todaka Curry Course" where you can enjoy Todaka's famous curry.
Kurobuta pork, vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients are simmered with several spices until tender, making it the signature dish of Todaka.
The course will be prepared in just the right amount, not too much like the diner Todaka.
