Planned/supervised by EXILE SHOKICHI
To celebrate the holding of MEAT MANIA JAPAN on October 12th,
a one-day collaboration between Wagyu masters and top chefs has been realized.
Ingredients that the meat master poured his love into. And the chef's skills to make the most of those ingredients.
A total of seven dishes are offered on the menu. You can also enjoy pairings that match the dishes by EXILE SHOKICHI.
This time, we will be inviting a pair free of charge to OMAKASE members only.
*Only the participation fee is free. (Transportation costs to the site are not included)
[Introduction]
In 2019, we launched a project to raise a new brand of beef in Hokkaido together with Ryota Ohashi of Ohashi Farm in Ozora Town, Hokkaido, and this led us to travel all over the country in search of many new things to learn, with a surge of curiosity.
The people I met there who work with cattle in various regions all love their cattle and are full of passion. I was deeply touched by how they respect tradition while imagining the future.
The process of connecting breeders, fattening farmers, feed suppliers, meat wholesalers, restaurants, and the people who eat the cattle was a true "relay of life" where no one can reach the happiness of deliciousness without passing the baton at any stage.
We would be happy if we could share life, love, and the beauty of living with everyone through this event, MEAT MANIA JAPAN, along with meat culture.
