One year after its conception, the collaborative restaurant "Atirom TOKYO" has launched "Toto No Ale", a lifestyle brand that not only tastes good, but also "toto noelle" for the mind and body.
For the first phase, we have prepared two luxury beers that will free you from the stressful daily life amidst the recent self-restraint.
The themes are "Sauna" and "Osoto (outdoors)".
This time, Atirom TOKYO chose Kamigata Beer, Japan's first beer brewery renovated from a former public bath in Osaka, as its partner. The other partner is "Basil House" in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, which grows Japan's best basil using natural farming methods that do not use any pesticides, chemical fertilizers, insecticides, or even animal fertilizers.
Toto Noale Sauna" is literally meant to be enjoyed after a sauna, after a bath, or after working up a sweat. Taking a cue from the "sauna thing," we have created a beer with the aroma of forests and lakes reminiscent of a sauna, and the refreshing essence of Scandinavia, in cooperation with the Kamigata Beer of Sento Bruery and saunas all over Japan. "It uses a lot of basil from the basil house to give it a rich aroma and a refreshing sensation at the same time.
