The artisans who train daily at "Yamazaki" in Nishi-Azabu will be serving dishes at the restaurant for a limited time only.
This event will be held irregularly during my absence due to overseas collaborations and other reasons.
The name "Ayumi" comes from the desire to create "taste = (mouth)" and "taste = (mouth)" by working together as a team.
We prepare seasonal ingredients, and each team member will serve you with all his/her heart.
We hope that those who understand that this is also a place for our team members to improve themselves will come to our restaurant.
