We are pleased to announce the opening of "Ayumi" a limited-time restaurant run by artisans who have been training daily at "Yamazaki" in Nishi-Azabu.
In the absence of the owner at overseas events, young team members who work for the restaurant on a regular basis will serve the food.
We named the restaurant "Ayumi," which means "team" and "friends" who walk together.
The Kanji character for "味" is broken down into
味 = (未) Toward the future
味 = (口)We want to create a mouth.
We would like people who understand that this is a place for young team members to learn and improve.
We will prepare seasonal ingredients, and each member will serve you with all their heart and soul.
