Sudo's special stollen with exceptional melt-in-your-mouth flavor
The dough is made from home-made dried fruits soaked in rum for more than six months, sweet and fragrant Spanish marzipan, roasted sweet and savory Spanish marcona almonds, large and sweet top-quality Italian Piedmont hazelnuts and walnuts, and richly infused with clarified butter from Hokkaido. The dough is then soaked in a generous amount of clarified butter from Hokkaido and carefully finished one by one.
The ingredients are carefully selected, of course, but also the preparation of each ingredient, the baking time of the dough, and the degree to which the butter is soaked into the dough are all carefully considered!
The balance of spices, the rum-scented dried fruits, the texture and flavor of the savory nuts.
If you think stollen is not your cup of tea, you are wrong! Please give it a try! Please give them a try!
*This product contains wheat, milk, eggs and walnuts.
■sudo's original “Wami” Japanese-style shulen
Is Wami matcha green tea? We are often asked by our customers, but this is a mugwort dough!
The dough is made of sweet and fragrant Spanish marzipan, mugwort, Hokkaido cream, and wasanbon, with Hokkaido dainagon, green soybeans, walnuts, rice cake puffs, sweet and fragrant Spanish Marcona almonds, and large, sweet Italian Piemonte hazelnuts. The finishing touch is a clear, crispy Hokkaido product.
To finish, the stollen is soaked in a generous amount of clarified butter from Hokkaido and finished with soybean flour.
The aroma of yomogi, savory nuts, dainagon and green soybeans go very well with the Japanese ingredients! The melt-in-your-mouth dough makes you feel as if you are eating Japanese sweets!
*This product contains wheat, milk, eggs and walnuts.
