Jun Yoneyama, who serves as the proprietor, has long been dedicated to the art of sushi.
He also honed his Japanese culinary skills at Kimoto, and has incorporated Japanese culinary techniques and cuisine into his courses,
We welcome you with our simple but heartfelt hospitality.

After many years of training, Yoneyama has decided to start a new chapter in his life, and we hope you will enjoy the world of sushi that he has arrived at.

Our beverages also have a unique twist to them.
We are committed to making our sushi restaurant a place where our customers want to come back again and again.

Reservation rules

*We do not accept reservations made on behalf of a customer. Please make sure that the person who made the reservation comes to the restaurant in person.
*Please refrain from wearing shorts, flip-flops, jerseys, and other casual attire.
*Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume and eau de cologne.
*We do not have any staff members who are fluent in English and basically serve our customers in Japanese. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
