Two people who were both trained by Mr. Joel Robuchon at the Chateau in Ebisu are teaming up again.
Kazutoshi Narita is a patisserie chef who has established Robuchon's castles around the world and has expressed the world of déserts using his own unique method.
Cuisine Chef Koji Sasagawa has built his own castle, handling everything from market procurement to cooking and service.
Narita approaches the ingredients from every possible angle to find the essence of the flavors and aromas inherent in them, and Sasagawa, using his accumulated cooking techniques and experience, creates the ideal dish.
It is like a session...

Reservation rules

*Dinner course starts at 7:00 p.m. You can enter the restaurant from 6:30 p.m., so please use the restaurant as a meeting place.
*Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*Please note that only dishes may be photographed. No video recording or live-streaming will be allowed, as well as taking pictures of other guests.
*Terrace seating is also available depending on the time of year. Please contact the restaurant directly if you wish to use the terrace.
*We do not accept messages on dessert plates. We can prepare special cakes, etc. from 11,000 yen (tax included) with reservations required, so please consult us in advance.
