A special collaboration event between Chef Miyagawa of Hokkaido's 3-star Michelin restaurant "Sushi Miyagawa" and Chef Inaba of the Tokyo branch of 1-star Michelin restaurant "Kappo Zuicho" in Hong Kong and Macau.
Enjoy Edomae sushi prepared by Chef Miyagawa and Zuicho-style kappo cuisine incorporating seasonal ingredients prepared by Chef Inaba.
