This is a limited-time event of the popular Japanese restaurant Ginza Shinohara, which will be held at the Shinjuku Takashimaya from 1 (Wed) - 6 (Mon) March.
The owner, Mr Shinohara, has prepared a 'Selected Ingredients Course', sublimating ingredients he has carefully selected himself into beautiful Japanese cuisine.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy a special kaiseki course only available for six days, which includes special dishes that can only be tasted here, as well as the head restaurant's specialities, such as the sumptuous ”Hassun”, which is studded with seasonal delicacies.
