Chef Fujioka trained at starred restaurants in Japan and Italy and worked as a division chef at a 3-star restaurant near Naples in southern Italy before becoming independent.
Considering the meaning of offering Italian cuisine in Japan, we have prepared an omakase course featuring various types of pasta and ingredients from all over Japan.

We will adjust the portions so those who do not eat too much are welcome to join us.
