We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the recent earthquake in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture.
We are pleased to announce Noto Support Friendship Restaurant.
Noto Support Friendship Restaurant is a pop-up restaurant in which chefs volunteer their time to support restaurants in the disaster-stricken area, using the location of Sushi Imafuku in Roppongi.
For the first event, Mr. Kanda from Japanese Cuisine Kanda and Sushi Imafuku staff will be cooking.
The menu will be prepared by Mr. Kanda and Sushi Imafuku staff using ingredients from Kanazawa and Noto.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to support the recovery of the Noto region.
