■Reservations
Reservations for the same day of the following week are accepted from 12:00 daily.
(Reservations can be made from 12:00 one week before the desired date.)
When making a reservation, please read the following instructions and inform your companions.
■Notes.
If anyone other than the person who made the reservation arrives at the restaurant, he/she will be refused entry and will be treated as a no-show and a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
*You may be asked to show your ID when you enter the shop. Please note that if you do not have your ID, we may consider you as a proxy and refuse to allow you to enter the restaurant.
*Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne or other strong scents. Please make sure to inform your companions.
*Please refrain from taking photographs or videos in the shop.
*Please make sure that the person who has made the booking is present.To prevent problems, we do not allow substitutes to come to the store or give your reservation to someone else.
*Please note that due to the limited space in the restaurant, wheelchairs are not allowed in the restaurant.
*Reservations are limited to 1-3 persons per group.
■About overseas visitors to the restaurant
The restaurant accepts reservations only if accompanied by someone who understands Japanese.
If only a person who does not understand Japanese comes to the restaurant, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and 100% of the cancellation policy will be applied.
*Please note that the price may vary depending on market conditions.
*If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
