Masaharu Sagawa of ”Sushi Sagawa”, a members-only sushi restaurant in Roppongi, Tokyo, will open his second restaurant, ”Sushi Kura Nanami”, in Nagoya in April 2024.
Seafood is mainly purchased from the Nagoya market every morning, and carefully selected fresh fish is shipped directly from all over Japan, including Toyosu, Kyushu, and Hokkaido.
Please enjoy the seasonal nigiri and the marriage of sake and champagne.
