Dear eel fans!
Since July 2022, Ryugin Japanese Restaurant has become the 46th restaurant in Japan and the 19th restaurant in Tokyo to serve "Kyosui Eel".
From now on, RyuGin will offer "eel dishes" using "Kyomizu Unagi" in spring, summer, fall, and winter as only a Japanese restaurant can.

In addition, we are now ready to offer "Kyosui Eel" Eel Jyu set for take-out throughout the year.
We also have a "microwaveable" version that can be easily reheated after you take it home (instructions included).
We pick up live "Kyomizu Eel" from the "Eel Stand" in the RyuGin main store 45 minutes before delivery, and grill the whole "Kyomizu Eel" with Kishu Binchotan charcoal to give you the moment of life of the Kyomizu Eel in its best condition. The moment of life of the Kyosui Eel is served in its best condition.
The set comes with our signature soup stock, "gutsui-sui" (liver soup), and "kanomono" (spices), and is served with eel sauce that goes well with rice, and freshly ground aromatic sansho (Japanese pepper).
Reservations can be made up to the day before, and the eel will be delivered at 5:00 p.m. on the same day.
Kyosui Eel" is a fantastic eel. 
We serve only genuine "Kyomizu Unagi" which is wrapped in "Charcoal Aroma" by Binchotan charcoal.

The set comes with "kimosui" (eel liver soup) made from RyuGin's famous first broth, "savory dishes", eel sauce that goes well with rice, and freshly milled aromatic sansho (Japanese pepper).
Both the eel and liver soup are microwave-safe, so you can reheat them hot at home.

■Consumption period and storage method
Please keep refrigerated (below 10°C) and consume on the day of pickup.

■Notes
Pickup time is 5:00 PM.
Changes to the reservation date, time, quantity, or cancellations are not accepted for any reason once the reservation is confirmed. Please ensure you arrive at 5:00 PM.
The handover time is set at 5:00 PM. As the items are specially prepared for that time, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. (Items cannot be handed over before 5:00 PM.)
