On May 26, 2022, a restaurant will be born in a forest full of nature in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture. And it will be open only for one couple a day.
And exactly 10 years later, on May 25, 2032, the restaurant will close. Literally, it is a restaurant that will be open only for 10 years.
The restaurant will offer course meals inspired by the "Japanese forest" formed by "heaven," "water," and "soil," excellent wines made in the region, and a relaxing environment, air, and space.
