Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Farm Premium Beef
Only Tajima female cows, which have a rich lean flavor and lingering taste, surprisingly clean and smooth fat, and delicious genes, are bred for over 40 months. Rare premium beef with a maximum of only 6 cows shipped per month.
Ultimate Crispy Grilled Beef
The thickly sliced steak, cooked slowly at low temperature and finished with high-temperature Kishu-binchotan charcoal, holds the juices to the utmost limit and brings out the best flavor of the meat.
The portion of the steak is left up to the customer depending on the conditions of the day.

【Reservation Rules】
■Use of private room
Please indicate in the “Special Notes” section that you would like a private room.
This is a private table room where finished dishes will be served. Please refrain from listening to music or watching videos, as it is not soundproof.
Children must be old enough to eat the course menu, and infants are not allowed to be seated in the room.
Private room charge: 8,800 yen (Tax included) / 15% service charge / Maximum of 4 persons
■Reservations for private dining for more than 6 persons
We usually accept reservations for a group of up to 5 persons; please contact the restaurant directly if you wish to use the counter for 6 persons or more.
15% service charge / 100% cancellation charge from 1 week prior to reservation
Please pay in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
■About the foods that are not suitable for our guests.
Since we are a reservation-only restaurant, we will prepare food items according to the date of your reservation. If you inform us after your visit, we will not be able to prepare an alternative dish. Please be sure to indicate any food items you are not allowed to eat and any allergies you may have.
We ask that guests who do not like seafood in general or vegetarians refrain from coming to the restaurant, as it is difficult for us to offer courses to them.
■Please note when coming to the restaurant
If you fail to arrive on time for your reservation, we may not be able to serve you part of your course. 30 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show and your seat will be given to another customer thereafter.
■Non-smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the restaurant, including private rooms and the entrance. Please refrain from smoking away from the table during the meal. Smoking is not permitted in the common areas of the building or outside the building, as smoking is prohibited outside the building and in designated smoking areas by Minato Ward ordinance.
■Bringing Your Own Cake
We do not allow guests to bring their own cakes, etc. If you would like to bring your own beverages, we will charge 20,000 yen per bottle of wine (or 4-packs of sake).
