I'm delighted to announce that I got an entirely fresh start and opened a new restaurant "Shimoyamite Naeizuru".
After closing Igarashi, I spent some time on broadening my knowledge mainly focusing on France and I found out myself a little bit changed.
I go to wine producers by myself and stock nature-based wines I deeply attached and now I have a lot of flexibility of drinks more than ever.
As for the interior, I made an unusual space which is different from before.

■Time
We start the course menu all at once when all the customers arrive.
If you are late to the start time, please be understood we might serve the fewer number of dishes.
Guests starting from 14:00 are requested to leave the restaurant by 17:00.
■Allergy
We try to serve non-allergenic menus as much as we can but please be understood we cannot prepare alternate menus in most cases.
■For Kids
For kids, we only allow kids who can eat the same dishes as an adult. We cannot serve "kids menu" or provide a seat for one who doesn't have dishes
In addition, if you reserve the seats privately (from over 4 people), you can come with infants.
■Dress code
We don't have any dress code but please refrain from come on barefoot because customers have to take off shoes inside.
