・The driver will hand in the food by the car while the taxi is temporary parked on the street (the food will not be handed in at your doorstep).
・The driver will call you about 5 to 10 minutes before arrival, to the phone number that is entered upon reservation.
・Time selection is not “arrival time” but it is the “time of the taxi leaving the restaurant”.
・Please make a payment of taxi fare directly to the driver when you receive your food item. (Payments of the other costs are paid in advance)
・We are unable to accommodate any request of changing food items even in case of allergy, etc.
・We are unable to accommodate any individual food allergies.

・In case of no show to the handing in area of the item which is the side of parked car, after 10 minutes the driver calls, we may cancel the delivery order if we are unable to hand in the item.
