The owner of this restaurant, Kazumichi Kobayashi, was born in Hyogo Prefecture. Kobayashi grew up with a mother who grew her own vegetables and rice and a father who hunted game for gibier.staff

The owner, who studied for many years at a long-established Japanese and kappo restaurant in Kobe, uses a delicate broth unique to the Kansai region to serve straightforward dishes that make the most of the original flavors of the ingredients.

We also have a selection of carefully selected Japanese sake and fine Burgundy wines. We hope you will experience the marriage of food and sake and the warm hospitality of the owner, who is uncompromisingly devoted to Japanese cuisine, and the staff, who serves you with a soft touch.
