A one-day collaboration event by Makoto Onozawa of the Michelin 1-star "Sharikimon Onozawa" and Tomohiko Shimpo, ambassador of "Bollinger", a leading Champagne Ay Village, which will soon celebrate its 200th anniversary.
Please experience the ultimate food pairing that accompanies the spirit of Japanese cuisine by Bollinger, who insists on making Champagne mainly from the black grape variety Pinot Noir.
