Mishima Tatsumi
Born in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture in 1982.
After graduating from a technical college, he worked as a designer at a machine manufacturer.
At the age of 25, he started his culinary career.
He studied at Japanese restaurants in Shimane and Tokyo,
In 2016, he opened "Japanese Cuisine Kakujyu" in Tsurumi, Yokohama, and became the owner.
In 2023, he opened Higashiyama Muku in Nakameguro.
