Yoji Oya, who trained for many years at the famous Sushi Yoshitake restaurant in Ginza, which has been awarded three Michelin stars for 11 consecutive years, has now become independent.
Newly opened a restaurant in Kagurazaka, where we have been thoroughly focusing on selecting and purchasing the best ingredients to achieve the ultimate sushi .
While inheriting the best traditional Japanese craftsmanship, he is also fluent in English and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York and Hong Kong, so he has a rich international background.

Reservation rules
