We are pleased to announce that our chefs, who have been training daily at the Kitasando Oguma Restaurant (membership only), will open the Oguma Restaurant Outpost three to five days a month.

The sous chef and his team will provide a hearty hospitality.

This is also a training ground for Team Young, so reservations are only accepted if you understand the importance of this training.

Reservation rules

Dining time will be approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.The service will start simultaneously at the time of your reservation and will be served at the same time. Please do not make reservations if you do not have time.
A 30% service charge will be applied to all guests who do not consume alcoholic beverages.

We will open "Koguma Hanten Hanare" for 3 to 5 days a month at Koguma Hanten restaurant(membership only), where artisans who have been training daily will be in charge of the restaurant.
