Reservation rules

*Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*Please inform your companions of the dress code. Men are also asked to refrain from wearing shorts, flip-flops, jerseys, and other overly casual attire.
*When taking pictures inside the restaurant, please be careful not to include other customers in the shots.
*Please note that red wine is not allowed. Please be aware of this beforehand.
*Only Chef’s tasting courses are available.
*In the unlikely event that you are running late, please contact the restaurant.Please understand that we may not be able to serve part of the course if you are late.
*If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without informing us, we will cancel your appointment. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
*We kindly ask for your understanding that the use of the table is limited to a 2-hour seating.
*Please make sure to state any allergies in the special notes at least 10 days prior to the booking, including for the person making the booking and any accompanying persons. Please note that if you have a wide range of allergies, we may have to refuse your booking, and we will not be able to accommodate you if you notify us after 10 days.
*Please note that we may refuse your booking if you have a wide range of allergies or foodstuffs that you do not like (gluten, raw fish, etc.). (Gluten, raw fish, etc.).
*If the number of participants decreases during the cancellation policy period, a cancellation fee will be charged for the decreased number of participants.
