We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Japanese restaurant "Yotsuya Minemura".
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have been a part of our lives. Thank you very much.
I would like to make use of the experience I have gained at "Ginza Yabe", "Minami Aoyama Ichita", and "Sushi Masuda" and cook with each and every one of our customers without forgetting to express my gratitude.

Reservation rules

*Please note that we may take a little time to serve your meal as it is a one-person job.
*There is no one in the staff of our restaurant who can speak English.
*Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
*Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may cancel it.
*As a rule, last-minute cancellations are not accepted. If you must cancel at short notice, please cancel on the OMAKASE website and call the restaurant to let us know.
*Please be sure to inform us of any allergies or food items that you and your guests have a particular aversion to in advance. If you have a wide range of allergies or food allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
*In particular, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate reservations with seasonal ingredients such as seafood, crustaceans (shrimp and crab), vegetables (matsutake mushrooms and bamboo shoots), and other seasonal foods to which you are allergic or have a particular aversion.
*We serve handmade buckwheat noodles made from buckwheat. Please be sure to indicate in the "Special request" section if you are allergic to buckwheat noodles.
*Our restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a building. Please take the stairs. Please note that there is no elevator.
