After eight years of dedicated training at the renowned "Torishiki" in Meguro—where I helped open several branches and served as head chef at a members-only location—I am proud to open my own restaurant in the quiet neighborhood of Shirokanedai.

At Kurosaki, we primarily serve premium "Date-dori" chicken sourced from the Tohoku region. In addition, we incorporate rare regional breeds and carefully selected seasonal vegetables into our courses, offering a menu that evolves with the seasons and showcases the best of Japan’s local ingredients.

Our grilling technique is rooted in the methods passed down from my mentor, Yoshiteru Ikegawa. Each skewer is prepared with sincerity and precision, using only the finest Kishu Binchotan charcoal from Wakayama—widely regarded as the best in the world—to bring out the pure essence of each ingredient.

Reservation rules

*Please refrain from taking pictures in the restaurant and posting them on gourmet websites.
*If you are more than one hour late, you will be treated as a no-show.
*If you are late without notice or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals as a complete course. Thank you for your understanding.

Course content: 16-course omakase menu including the cost of 16 dishes

■Notes.
*From 2 to a maximum of 8 people (including children) can charter the restaurant. JPY 123,200 (Tax included) will be charged per 3 hours for any number of people.
*A charge of JPY 246,400 (Tax included) will be levied for a 6-hour stay.
*Additional charges will be incurred for drinks ordered on the day and for items brought in (drinks, cakes, etc.).
*Please ensure that the representative of the party pays the bill.
*Cancellation policy
In the case of private bookings, 100% will be charged from 10 days prior to the event. Please understand this in advance when making a reservation.

*In addition, we take 10% service charge.
*Please note that the price may vary depending on market conditions.

*If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
