Restaurant introduction

September 2022

After 8 years of training at Torishiki in Meguro, during which time I worked as the chief manager of a restaurant that required introductions, I finally decided to open my own restaurant in Nakameguro.

The main chicken is Date Chicken from the Tohoku region, but Kurosaki also carefully selects rare local chicken and vegetables to be included in each course.
