MATSUOKA "PAUL" Hisayuki
Born in 1985.
Born and raised in Uno, Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture, facing the Seto Inland Sea.
After graduating from a culinary school in Kobe, he worked at a hotel in Japan, but decided to go to Europe to see the world with his own eyes. He studied at many Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Spain. He studied under many famous chefs, including Alberto Adrià, chef of the legendary "El Bulli" restaurant, which was voted the best in the world five times by the British "Restaurant" magazine, Victor, chef of "Etxebarri", a regular in the top 10 in the world, and Bill Hillio, chef of "Central" in Peru, which won the world's best in 2023. He studied under many famous chefs.
