My name is Zenya from Kanazawa and I will be participating in the Noto Support Temporary Restaurant.
Fortunately, Kanazawa City was not seriously damaged, but many of the ingredients we use on a daily basis come from Noto, which was hit by the disaster this time.
As a chef, I wanted to do all I could to support this treasure trove of ingredients so that they can be passed on to the next generation, and Sushi Imafuku has kindly agreed to hold a support dinner in Roppongi for three days only.
Half of the proceeds from this event will be used to support food-related industries and businesses. We apologize for the short notice, but we would like to thank you in advance for your support.
