Osaka Nishitenma Shinhaku

Osaka City, Osaka yakitori

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.

We are pleased to announce that Shinhaku will reopen on Saturday, June 15, 2024, after a little more than a year of absence.

Atsuhiro Sato, who has 18 years of culinary training at Japanese restaurants, duck restaurants, and famous yakitori restaurants in Osaka, will be the grill master and head chef at the reopening.
Takuro Doi, who has been serving customers and working as the second griller since the establishment of the old Shinpaku, will be in charge of the seating area,
We are pleased to announce the start of a new organization with seven fresh members.

The menu includes skewers of rare parts of jidori chicken and duck,
Sato, who specializes in Japanese cuisine, selects seasonal ingredients and adds new creations to the menu during his absence,
The full-course menu is unique to the restaurant, allowing you to enjoy dishes that are not bound by the confines of a yakitori restaurant, even though it is a yakitori restaurant.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be using “Amagi Shamos” from Horie Chicken Farm in Shizuoka Prefecture.

We hope you will enjoy our Amagi Shamos, which is a military chicken with just the right amount of elasticity and a “delicious flavor that comes out the more you bite it”.

The famous oyako-don (chicken and egg bowl), which is served at the end of the meal, is also made with plenty of Amagi Shamos. concentrating the flavor of the chicken.

Reservations will be made by appointment only (priority will be given to referrals).
We will start accepting reservations at OMAKASE from 12:00 on June 10 (Mon.).

Our staff is committed to delivering our chicken raised with the utmost care and attention to natural feed and other ingredients in a large, clean chicken coop in the windswept mountains of Amagi in Izu.

We look forward to your continued patronage.
We look forward to serving you.
