It is my mission to secure good & natural seafoods vigorously through
mutually reliable rapport with local reliable fishermen in Kyushu and
San'in Areas, procure amazingly delicious natural seafoods from the ocean
and make them into wonderful sushi pieces you have never enjoyed before.

Reservation rules

■Reservations are accepted at 12:30 on the 1st of every month up to the end of the next 2 months.
(ex.6/1 start - reservations for visits until the end of August)

The courses we offer are structured in such a way that all guests need to be present to enjoy them.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.

Please be punctual and allow plenty of time for your appointment.

■■■Transportation Access Information■■■

If you are coming by Shinkansen, it will take about one hour to get to our restaurant from Fukuoka City, depending on your arrival time.

It will take some time by cab from the nearest station, so please allow plenty of time for your visit and be on time for your appointment.

It takes about 15 minutes from JR Hakata Station to JR Kokura Station by Shinkansen bullet train, about 20 minutes by cab from the nearest station, or about 10 minutes by cab from the nearest station, JR Tobata Station.

Some people take a cab from Fukuoka Airport, but the distance is about 70 km and it takes more than one hour by expressway.
