The courses we offer are structured in such a way that all guests need to be present to enjoy them.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.
Please be punctual and allow plenty of time for your appointment.
■■■Transportation Access Information■■■
If you are coming by Shinkansen, it will take about one hour to get to our restaurant from Fukuoka City, depending on your arrival time.
It will take some time by cab from the nearest station, so please allow plenty of time for your visit and be on time for your appointment.
It takes about 15 minutes from JR Hakata Station to JR Kokura Station by Shinkansen bullet train, about 20 minutes by cab from the nearest station, or about 10 minutes by cab from the nearest station, JR Tobata Station.
Some people take a cab from Fukuoka Airport, but the distance is about 70 km and it takes more than one hour by expressway.
*This is a course that you can enjoy with our recommended dishes, nigiri-zushi and sake selected by our sake testers.
Please enjoy a new marriage of sake and wine, champagne, and other famous sake from all over the country.

The course will be based on Kaga cuisine from Ishikawa Prefecture, where he trained, and will be a fusion of Teru Sushi and sushi.
He will create a new form of Teru-zushi by using fresh seafood from Kitakyushu with the techniques and experience he has cultivated in Japanese cuisine.
Course fee is per couple (not per person). (Not per person).
The one and only course created exclusively for you by head-chef Watanabe.
