Saijo" in Hiroshima Prefecture is one of the three major sake brewing areas in Japan, and our restaurant uses the brewery's share of the brewing water mainly as soup stock for our dishes.
By focusing on local ingredients and those from the Seto Inland Sea, we strive to provide dishes that will leave a lasting impression and be enjoyed by customers from outside of the prefecture.
We look forward to serving you.
