Minato-ku, Tokyo Wine bar, creative Japanese cuisine

We keep more than 3,000 bottles, mainly from Burgundy, and we carefully select and on-list only some wines that are ready to drink and offer them to our customers.
We have a selection of rare bottles of DRC, Jacky Trousseau, Grivoulet, Georges Roumier, Leroy, Emmanuelle Rouget, Dujac, Leflaive, etc. We do our best to offer the best bottles in the best condition and at the best time to drink.

The food that goes with the wines is served, produced by Goryu Kubo. Kubo, who is obsessed with food to the utmost limit, prepares ingredients imported from all over Japan for a marriage of wine and food.
