On August 22 (Tue.) and 23 (Wed.), Hiroyuki Musashi, the owner of the sushi restaurant Musashi by Aman, and Masakazu Hiraki, the chef of the Italian restaurant Alva, will hold a collaborative dinner, "One Dinner Two Journeys Musashi by Aman x Alva: A culinary journey spun by two masters," the fourth edition. Sushi and Italian cuisine are two artisans who compete with and respect each other's skills to weave a special culinary journey together in this collaborative dinner.
For this first summer event, the two chefs will select five special ingredients, including black abalone and other fish caught during this season, to create a course that is unique to that day.
The event is limited to 20 people per day for two days, and reservations are required.
