I have been working as a chef at ‘Sumibi Kappo Ishii’ for a long time and have been sincerely devoted to cooking.
At the new restaurant, I hope to serve Japanese cuisine based on Japanese cuisine, which brings out the individuality of the ingredients to the maximum and allows you to feel the four seasons.
