*A private room fee of 38,500 yen (tax included) per room will be charged in addition to the course and meal fee.

For a better experience of "Ichiza Konrty" through the spirit of chakaiseki at MIZAI, it is very important for guests to be considerate of each other and have good manners.
For this reason, we would appreciate it if you could come to the restaurant in "smart casual" or more (including Japanese-style attire).
Please refrain from wearing overly casual attire.
[About the food]
*Please arrive at the restaurant at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your reservation.
*Please be punctual on the day of your reservation.
*Please allow approximately 3 hours for the chakaiseki (MIZAI styled menu) to be served to the end.
*We will contact you one week prior to your reservation date to confirm that your phone number and e-mail address registered with OMAKASE are correct.
*Please note that the price may vary depending on market conditions.
*If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
