Reservations can be made daily at 8:00 a.m. until the same day 6 months later.

■About coming to the restaurant
You can enter 15 minutes before the start. The course will start at once, so please arrive well in advance to avoid disturbing others.

To ensure that you enjoy your time at the restaurant, please allow 3 hours for your meal to be completed. Please allow plenty of time for your reservation.
In particular, we are unable to accommodate requests to be on time for the last train back to Tokyo.

■Disliked Foods
We are not able to accommodate any food items that you do not like. Please consider it as an encounter with the ingredients and enjoy.

■About Seating

Spring and Summer Dishes

This dish offers the fresh aroma of spring with wild vegetables in spring and Tateshina's highland vegetables in summer.

Matsutake mushroom dish

Period: 9/16 - 10/31
This special dish uses 200 grams per person of matsutake mushrooms harvested during the day from Suwa-gozan or Nagano Prefecture, which is a specialty of the area.

Please note that the price of matsutake mushrooms may increase depending on the harvest and market conditions of the year, and we may not be able to provide matsutake mushrooms of satisfactory quality and quantity. In such cases, we will contact you individually about one week prior to your reservation.
Customers with reservations will be contacted individually about one week prior to the reservation.Reservations for this course are accepted from 2 persons. Please note that we do not accept reservations for one person.

Autumn Dishes

This dish allows you to experience the rich harvest of autumn in this region, including matsutake mushrooms and natural mushrooms from Suwa Gozan or Nagano Prefecture, which are famous products of the region.

Winter Dishes
