Duck grilled with tamahagane and supreme seasonal flavors The one and only Japanese cuisine by “Chef Sugano” that extracts only the best of the ingredients.
Along with the flavors of the season, we carefully grill each piece of duck meat, which is straight and pure in flavor, using tamahagane, a steel created by a modern swordsmith.
It is somewhat nostalgic, yet new. Please enjoy our Japanese cuisine that is out of the box while preserving tradition.
