We have taken a close look at the ingredients, and instead of relying on premium ingredients or seafood, we have created a simple yet new type of yakitori using chicken and vegetables to support it.
We use Ehikko Jidori chicken specially raised for a long time in Ehime Prefecture, ducks from contract farms in Ibaraki Prefecture, and Holohoro-chori chicken.
