We are pleased to announce the opening of "Numata Sou", a branch of Kitashinchi Tempura "Numata", in January 2024.
The owner is Takahiro Yamagata, who has studied under Kazuya Numata Numata as his second chef, and Koki Kaneko will be in charge of the Private dining counters.
Numata is convinced that the quality of the food is comparable to that of the main restaurant Numata.

The "Sou" in the restaurant name "Numata Sou" is derived from our wish that all customers in the two spaces, one at the counter and the other in a Private counter, can enjoy the tempura prepared by the two chefs to their heart's content.
We have counter seating where you can enjoy the live performance of food being deep-fried right in front of your eyes, and spacious Private counter where you can enjoy a relaxing meal with your family or important people at a dinner party.
The private room counter can be reserved for 4 or more adults so that small children and families can also enjoy the restaurant. (Up to 7 adults and children in total)
*Children who eat the adult course will be counted as adults.
We make the most of the individual flavors of each ingredient so that our customers can enjoy the seasonal flavors of the ingredients.
Whether at the counter or in a private room, each dish is deep-fried and served right in front of you. Please enjoy the freshly deep-fried dishes.
We hope that our customers of all ages will feel familiar with tempura and enjoy our full-bodied tempura, which we deep fry in the hope of conveying the wonder of tempura to them.
*A separate service charge will be added. (Counter: 5%, Private counter: 10%)
