This is the first restaurant in Japan by Chef Mauro Colagreco, the leader of the three Michelin starred restaurant “Mirazur” in France.
With vegetables and herbs as the main ingredients, his cuisine expresses the beauty and energy of nature in its cycle. With the greenery of the Imperial Palace as a backdrop, guests can enjoy a relaxing meal in a restaurant with a sense of openness.
