Ibusana beef is a brand of Japanese Wagyu beef that is a crossbreed of Japan's oldest vine breed "Take-no-Tani Vine" and Tajima bloodline, and is a rare Wagyu beef with only 10 cattle shipped annually throughout Japan.
There are only six authorized dealers in Japan, and NAKADO is the only authorized dealer in Keihanshin-Chugoku-Shikoku.
It is only on the menu a few times a year at NAKADO.
