■Use of our restaurant
・Since this is a dinner-only plan, only the entrance (including restrooms) and dining room will be open to guests. Entry to guest rooms and the rooftop is not permitted.
・The dining room is available until 22:00. The dining room will be decided by the hotel according to the number of guests.
・Please note that we do not provide transportation services.
We offer seasonal dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, using the best of the day and rare ingredients. We use only the best seasonal ingredients from Fukui to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and we hope you will enjoy each dish to your heart's content.

A full course meal of Echizen Crab with yellow tag, a brand from Fukui Prefecture. Boiled Echizen crabs of the size presented to the Imperial Household (approximately 1.1 kg to 1.2 kg), which are rarely caught in Japan, will be served.
One boiled Echizen crab for two persons or two crabs for four persons.

The full course includes Fukui Prefecture branded, yellow tagged Echizen crabs. Boiled crabs will be prepared in the rare size of [Echizen Mikuni-no-Main size (about 1.3 kg or more)], which may or may not be caught in a single fishing trip.

*If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
