We cook our food on the spot on the day it is prepared, as our concept is to value the aroma and taste of the moment. Please understand that it may take some time between dishes. (Standard 4 hours)
The course is composed mainly of beef dishes. If you are not fond of beef, we will not be able to change to other ingredients.
