This dish is prepared with a batter and carefully selected pork that can be enjoyed even when cold.
To revive the crispiness of the batter, warm it up in the oven to enjoy a freshly fried texture.
Warm it in the oven at 160-170℃ for 6-7 minutes to restore the crispy texture of the batter.
(Do not use a microwave oven when warming up. The meat will become tough and the crispiness of the batter will be lost.)
