■Staring time
We start all at once at the starting time.
Please be sure to come 5 mins before the starting time. If you come late or leave early, we have to cut some dishes from the usual course.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it will be treated as a no-show and 100% of the cancellation fee will be collected. Also, we cannot take into account transportation delays, etc., so please arrive well in advance. We cannot accept any phone calls for late arrivals on the day of the show.
■About the number of visitors
Please do not make reservations for more than 4 persons per group. Reservations for two separate visits by the same group will also be prohibited.
In the unlikely event that a total of 4 or more people visit the restaurant, you will be denied entry and a 100% cancellation fee will be collected. Please understand this in advance.
It is also prohibited to make reservations for a total of four persons in one group, two groups of two persons for a total of four persons, or two groups of two persons and three groups of three persons for a total of five persons, etc.
■Serving timing
Even if you leave your seat for a phone call or something, we can’t change the serving timing of each dishes.
■Others
Please refrain from wearing sportswear such as shorts and jerseys, sandals, tank tops.
Please refrain from using perfume or something that smells strong for other customers.
Please refrain from leaving a seat for smoking while eating.
We do not accept reservations from competitors. Please note that we do not accept reservations from competitors.
We do not accept reservations for private parties.
Please make sure that the person who made the reservation comes to the restaurant. If anyone other than the person who made the reservation arrives, he/she will not be allowed to enter the restaurant and will be treated as a no-show.
