Ibusana beef
"Yakiniku Ibusana" is a yakiniku restaurant which specializes for 'Ibusana beef' that is only 10 on the market a year.
Originally, the 'pure' Japanese beef without any formulation with alien species are below.
・"Mishima-ushi", registered as a natural treasure(Yamaguchi)
・"Kuchinoshima-ushi", a wild beef in Tokara islands(Kagoshima)
・"Take-no-tani Tsuru-ushi", which is slaughtered only 1 beef a year(Okayama)
◆Mishima-ushi and Take-no-tani Tsuru-ushi are available at "Bon.nu"(Yoyogi).
The specialty of the pure species is a different depth of taste of reddish meat.
When it comes to "Japanese beef sirloin", everybody comes up with the word "fatty" but the image itself is totally wrong.
As for "truly tasty Japanese beef", even though you eat sirloin that is said to be fatty, you can feel the taste of reddish meat whether or not it's fatty.
Because it's half "Take-no-tani Tsuru-shi" and half Japanese beef, you can enjoy original Japanese beef taste with "Ibusana beef" that has different good quality parts by parts.
