We are pleased to announce the opening of Bia's sister store “BIANCHI” (เบียนจิ) in Roppongi in October 2024.

The name of the restaurant is derived from the Thai word “บ้านเบียร์” (beer house).
"บ้าน ○○" is a common restaurant name in Thailand, where "บ้าน" means "house".
The concept of “BIANCHI” is to entertain customers who come to the owner (Mr.Beer)Bia's house with dishes that Bia would like to serve them.
"BIANCHI" offers Thai-Chinese cuisine, Thai-Indian cuisine, Thai-Japanese cuisine, Thai street food, and even Thai court cuisine, all of which are not so familiar in Japan, arranged in the Bia style using Japanese ingredients.
We welcome both fans of Thai cuisine and newcomers to Thai cuisine to enjoy our diverse menu.

BIANCHI will also operate in the same location as a restaurant with two different styles, one for lunch and the other for dinner.
At lunch time, “BIANCHI mini me” will be open for casual lunches and cafes.
During dinner time, the restaurant will change its signage to “BIANCHI”.
”BIANCHI” offers an a la carte dinner menu, a la carte dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages, and rice to finish the meal.
