‘A wood-fired, counter Italian restaurant with only six seats’.
Seasonal ingredients from the Toyosu market and other regions are boldly and sometimes delicately prepared over a wood-fired fire to create the perfect dish. Enjoy the live experience of the food being prepared in front of your eyes, and experience it with your sense of taste, sight and hearing, accompanied by the sound of the wood fire.
◆In order to use the wood fire at its best, we will start all together at 19:00 (Sunday lunch only at 12:00). Doors open 10 minutes before the start time. If you wish to hire the restaurant for a private party of 6 persons, please let us know in the remarks box when you make your reservation.
◆The door will open at the same time. If you arrive late or leave the restaurant before the end of the course, we may not be able to serve part of the course.
◆If you have any allergies or other foodstuffs that you cannot eat, please indicate them in the remarks box when you make a reservation. If you have a wide range of allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation. Please understand this in advance.
◆If you wish to have a birthday plate (free of charge), please write the name of the person you wish to celebrate in the remarks column.
◆We will not replace any food items that you are not fond of. We do not accept vegan or vegetarian orders.
◆Please refrain from using perfume or eau de cologne in order to enjoy the aroma of the food and wine.
◆Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant and on all floors. Please refrain from smoking until you leave the restaurant.
◆Dining time takes about 3 hours. Please enjoy your meal at your leisure and forget about your busy life. If you have a specific time to leave the restaurant, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The menu will start at 19:00 (12:00 for lunch on Sundays).
You will be able to choose wood-grilled meat and pasta from the menu of the day.
